Stocking Pico Tank

So Chris finally caved into me asking to set up a pico or nano tank (because we really need another tank in the apartment...:hmm2:)

My question to all you lovely people is what reccomendations do you have on stocking the tank? It's a about 4 gallons of water volume when the sand and rock is in. My list of fish/inverts is:
-Catalina Goby or Yasha (and a shrimp to go with them)
-1 Hermit Crab (just going to pull one out of the 300)
-1 Snail (of what ever kind we have in the 300 gallon)
-Scooter Blenny
-Porcelin/Anemone Crab
-some zoas stuck to the rock
and maybe:
-a small bubble nem and my tiniest clowns if I can't get the goby or blenny.

I really don't want to over stock, but I want a couple fish, a shrimp, a crab, and 2 cleanup crew guys.

I am just planning on doing water changes on it with water from the 300 gallon every couple days.

Catalina goby will not fair well for too long tired a few just they dont last that long in warm water.
I have a cleaner shrimp really tiny with hermit and clown fish.

I'm not sure a Scooter Blenny (or any other blenny) will get along with a Goby of any type in such a small area.
I had problems with them in my 120 the Scooter blenny would chase any Goby and the Goby's ended up jumping out.

Thanks for the input. I think I am going with the following:

-4WD Goby (also called a 2 spot)
-Court Jester Goby
-Some sexy Shrimp
-a hermit
-a acro crab
-and a small snail from the 300 if I can find one
