help stock my 30 galoon reef tank i like bright fish i i know i alreaddy want a pair of clown fish. my sand bed is only 2 and a half inches deep. and i have a lid so it can be a fish that jumps. and i would like one blue fish if possible i know blue fish are hard to find.

I like Royal Grammas in smaller tanks. They are very easy to care for, colorful, don't require much swimming space and peaceful (All bark). As for the "blue", you could go with a Flameback Angel. They're not the brilliant blue of a Regal/Hippo Tang, but a purplish blue. They can be little bullies with the wrong tank mates but should be fine with the clowns. Glad to see that you're doing your homework rather than throwing stuff in a tank :)

P.S. I was making these recommendations bases on the ASSUMPTION that the pair of clowns are some variation of Perculas.

Good Luck
Mike

Orangetail blue damselfish. Aggressive but should be fine with clown.

Look through the selection of wrasses. You get all types of vivid colours.

You could do a semi aggressive tank, a springers, sunrise, neon, or black neon dottyback from ORA will have blue, then you could get a shrimp goby.
