That's what I thought ...when I feed it will eat just like the lps lol ya thay told me it was a monti sp.hah I figured it wasn't but it looked cool so I grabed it lol ill post it in the lps I'd And see what I get ...thanks men

that's it....Check it out just found this..... The Leptoseris Coral is a small polyp stony (SPS) coral from the Solomon Islands that is usually found growing from vertical or overhung reef walls. This species grows either in an encrusting or tiered fashion and the coloration ranges from brown to tan and green. Under the right conditions, this is a fast growing species. Although it has short tentacles, it can harm other invertebrates touching it. Lol so they were rite to a degree Haha definitely not a monti though u had it rite name and thats all I care about lol

Lol ya your rite..I was looking in to it further and for got to post haha ..it is a pavona ..still considered sps wierd lookin sps but cool...

I am not an expert, take my comments with a bucket of salt.

Growth pattern looks like Pavona. Your pic looks very much like my Pavona when the polyps are withdrawn. The polyps in the pic I have posted are out making it difficult to see the underlying pater. The "m" in the pic name "Pavona m" refers to the size of the pic as medium not the initial of a species name.

My money is on Pavona.
