strange cleaner shrimp

well my cleaers been with me for around 4-5 months now and hes at least doubled in size. anyways. i have recently ( last 2 days ) had a problem with my regal blue tang having white spot. the tang keeps going up to the cleaner. but the cleaner backs away after about 2 seconds nd hides. is this unusual ?

Thats fairly normal. Smetimes they clean, often they don't
