Strange food

I was carving pumpkins for my kids and had a bunch of finely chopped pumpkin brine.
Figured why not, so I took a pinch and put it in my aquarium.
My tangs ate it up and were looking for more!
My clowns didn't touch it.
The Cora beauty also ate some up.
There was not enough for my other fish to even get a chance to try it.

I hope I didn't cause any harm...

Probably a decent food for herbivores, but not on a regular basis. Tangs, and other herbivores, need the green (chlorophyll).

Did the fish dress up for Halloween? Other than the ones that like to think they are Cardinals and can't even fly.

They do get to enjoy a couple jack o lanterns
