Strange Growth on Dorsal Fin

Anybody know what this is and how to treat it? It has slowly gotten larger over the last week or so. Thanks.

Picture is not all that clear .. suggest you goggle Lymphocytis .. a viral disease akin to warts in humans. If its lympho then no medication is going to help .. but its rarely fatal, contagious only within the same species, and often goes away on its own.

That looks like lympho to me .. also known as cauliflower disease.
