strange ich problem

noticed my false lemon angel developed a mild case of ich 2 mornings ago. went to work, came home all the spots were gone.. next day same thing, ich then no ich. I've familiar with ich, but i thought the spots usually stays on the fish for days/weeks but these spots comes and goes.. what am i missing here?

As you probably know, Ich has many different stages (see link below). It's possible you have Ich in different life cycle stages right now. In any case, I'm assuming you know what must be done. But are you 100% sure it's Ich?
