Strange newcomer in established tank?!?

Anyone have any thought on this guy? It just popped up recently in my 3 1/2 year old 125G mixed reef:

It’s been well over 1year since any coral, fish or anything besides water changes has been introduced to the tank. I have a mix of LPS and SPS and some gorgs, but it doesn’t look like any current critters. Any ideas? It’s the little white pinky-tip-size critter next to the LPS:
