Strange tentacles coming out of live rock

I have these tentacles coming out of various holes in a large piece of live rock. I tried uploading a photo and it wouldn't upload. The tentacles look about one inch long and I can't see what they are attached to. There are about three tentacles coming out of each hole and they really stretch Out when I feed. They are brown with some light colored spots.

Anyone know what these could be? Are they good or bad? Thanks for all your help

microbrittle is possible, they often don't come all the way out and just wave their arms around.

Tiny feelers are usually either microbrittles or spaghetti worms. Both are harmless cleaners, although spaghetti worms look really freaky when they get to a reasonably large size and start feeling around. They can't catch anything alive, though, they just eat random gunk.

Thanks you all for your help. Between comparing it to online pictures and everyones suggestions here, seems like bristleworm. I had a hair algae problem and they originally looked liked some hair blowing in the current. The algae went away and I was feeding the other day and they came out from about 4 different spots like a science fiction movie.

There is also some coming out of a larger shell i put in the tank, I thought about pulling the shell and opening it up. Maybe check it out and post some pictures since everything online only shows then tentacles sticking out and not the actual body. May be interesting......
