Streaming tank online

I have my tank online for a while tonight. Open windows media player go to file : open URL : then type in http://12.210.167.46:8080 and wait for it to load. Post here what you think.

You need a web cam, windows, windows media encoder a fast internet connection, to know your internet ip address, and a little knowledge about how the web works. Do a search on google for streaming a web cam and you will find lots of help.

Nice cam! Do you have a problem with it lagging behind in time? Sometimes mine gets behind as much as 4+ hours. Any fixes?

It laggs about 4 - 60 sec at the most. What program are you using?

The fish are now sleeping. It will be back up tomorrow. I will be putting in new SPS and maybe a fish or two tomorrow.

I'm using the windows media encoder 9. I don't get why there is so much lag on it. Do you shut down your computer at night?

Yes just outside of York is the big bad boy of petstores........

That Fish Place. It is about 20-30 mins depending on traffic and what part of York you are coming from. I go there just about everyweek.

I love it.

I shut it down at night. I bet your data rate it to high for your upload connection.

My Aunt lives in York. I have never been there but may try to go next year to visit. She is getting old.

PS The camera will be back up about noon.

Well it is back up and running. I am putting some sps frags in and have put some egg crate in the top left hand corner for them to rest on till I get them mounted.
