Structural Engineer?

This may be a long shot, but is someone a structural engineer here on MARS? Or does someone work with/know one? I have a question about placing a 150g tank on a second story i need some help with.

I did a lot of reading and bottom line wouldn't recommend it unless it is in some sort of commercial setting.

Most 150's are only four feet long so even near a load bear wall spaced over three floor joists it is a lot of weight for a normal house or apt.

If it is in some sort of concrete constructed building or directly over a load bearing wall. Or you build a stand to more evenly distribute the weight not as big of a deal.
