Struggling to save a new Acro

I ordered this Acro a few weeks ago. When it arrived the color was browned out, but I thought that may be normal after shipping. It has been in my tank for over 3 weeks now and is looking worse everyday. The picture below was taken today.
I have it placed about 5" above the sandbed and about 24" from my lights.
My lights are 2X single end 175 watt Iwasaki's
All my parameters look good as do my other SPS. Some of my corals are a little faded, but nothing to bad.
I have checked this coral for pest and I can"t see any on it. I've blasted it with a turkey baster looking for AEFW and I've inspected it with a magnifying glass for red bugs.
Here is a before and after. I'm wondering if it may be getting to little of light or to much light? I'm not sure if anyone will be able to tell that by looking at a picture, but I figured it would be a good start.

I have found it somewhat normal for corals to brown out some after shipping, especially wild colonies. Just give it time and stable water. If you are pretty sure there are no pests, don't change anything, except maybe raise it up. DD has their corals under 400watt halides in about 10inches of water. I don't think I would worry too much about acclimating them to 175watt. Also, the website coral pics usually look better than what you receive.

You did dip it right?
Brown is not uncommon, make sure your parameters are very stable. If brown, I'd move it up higher in tank.
