My wife got stung by something (not a jellyfish) on the face while we were snorkeling in Palau. Since we didn't have any first aid kit, I told her she has no choice but to take a golden facial wash. She wasn't too entertained at all..
I would soak it in hot water with vinegar - this is a common treatment for stings.
