Sudden black rash on clownfish?!

Hi! I am brand new to this forum. I'm kind of failing miserably with my tank. It's a FOWLR 29g Biocube that I've had since March 2013. I had two occie clowns, snails, and hermits. Keeping things simple. A few months ago, my other clown died. Not entirely sure why, but it just laid down on the sand. I moved it to it's own little tank, but it didn't make it through the night. So 8 days ago (last Monday) I decided that Jasper needed a new friend so I added a six line (I have way too many bristle worms) and another clown.

I was feeding them when I noticed that Jasper had these weird black spots on his fins. Then, he swam to the top and I noticed this nasty black spot on his underbelly. I am not sure how long ago this presented, but it was definitely not there last week because I took a bunch of pics when I got the new fish. I'll attach a few pics. They are small and not the best, but any insight on what it is and how I treat it. I just lost Alice, and I don't want to lose Jasper either. There aren't any spots or anything on the other two fish. Sorry for the photo quality, Jasper was being unusually camera shy and staying towards the back.

The only other changes I can think of are that I started using a different water conditioner and different food.

Any help would be appreciated!

My clown had markings like this on his side...it was just his coloring. He didn't get them until he was 7...kind of like age spots;)
