Sudden outbreak.

My achilles tang just got a severe outbreak of whitespot after moving it from my dt to a few temporary holding tanks while redecorating and restarting my main tank.

What do I do? I moved it to a larger tank with less other fish in it.

This happend after I didn't have time to feed it this morning and been gone for 12ish hours. Came back from a long day at work to find the fish sick. Currently running a powerfull UV. Anything else?

since the fish is already in QT, why not just treat it? do a research on cupramine and hyposalinity and pick one treatment. The achillies tang had ich to begin with and the move from DT to QT placed stress on him, and the ich found an opportunity to explode.
