I'm rebuilding my 50g plumbing and have a sliding tv stand that the sump will be set on so I can slide it out for cleaning and servicing without having to reach inside the cabinet. It's rated for 225lbs so it's secure for the purpose. What I need are flexible hoses that will move well with the sump when pulled from the cabinet. I've done some searching but haven't found exactly what I'm looking for. I like the ribbed hoses used for Fluval pumps but they only come in 8' and 9' lengths. Does anyone know of a source for similar hoses that are shorter? Say 2' - 3' or so and 3/4" diameter? Maybe food grade hoses? I don't want to have to disconnect the plumbing just to clean the protein skimmer and ATS.
