sump for 300

I'm having difficulty deciding on what size sump to purchase for my 300 gallon tank. I am leaning toward a 60 x 20 x 17 acrylic. Does anyone have any thoughts or recommendations?

ARE U GONNA USE A REFUGIUM WITH UR REG SUMP?
WHERE IS UR TANK, WALL OR STAND? U CA HAVE SUMP & REFUGE N ONE I WOULD SAY BOUT 10-150GAL.
I HAVE 600GAL I'L BE USING 2 80GAL SUMPS
PLUS 55 GAL REFUGE PLUS A 33GAL LONG FOR PROPAGATION.

Go to tractor supply and buy a Rubbermain poly tub. they come in 50 (too small) 100 (ok) and 150g (just right). The 150 is about $120.

I bought a used 125 for a sump. It's easy to divide up for a fuge/skimmer/return, or whatever you need. Just make sure the sides are not tempered.

Do you have pictures? I have a All Glass 125 that I plan on making into a sump and would like to get some ideas.

Nicerican4you25, I was planning on having one sump which would have a refugium in it. The tank is an in wall tank on a steel stand. I was thinking 90-125 gallons. Is the 600 gallons your main tank?

uztaryn, tell me about the rubbermaid tub. How wide is it?
