Heres a drawing of my sump project. Project should incorporate 2 sheets of 24"x48"x1/4"thick Acrylite. Some dimensions are off like the bottom. That actually will be bigger for hang off so that router can flush trim that. Any input will be much appreciate. The baffles are set 1 inch apart but after doing some reading I may spread those further apart. Want to minimize rapid flow, give the baffles time to do what thier supposed to. There will be support in the top corners. As stated input welcome.
