Hey I was plotting my sump and was wondering if I could have a couple pieces of rock without a light in my sump? My idea was that it would provide a home for pods or would I just be making a home for hair Alge?
No light means no algae. LR is always fine in the sump. Just make sure it is not trapping waist. Make it easy to pull out and rinse during water changes.
