Does anyone feed only mysis? How often? Growth rate? I have been feeding cyclops and mysis but i like the fact that i can see them eating the mysis 100%. Any thoughts?

i feed froozen food with gel binder they really grab the stuff its made for triggers they grow so fast if u feed every day i went for 6 heads to 14 or 15 in 2 months i got pics to show u they look

Like Cramz07 said, O.N formula one stuff is the way to go.

this thread is excellent and has the answers to all your questions. The food can also be used on any other corals. Growth rates increase VERY quickly and so does color. Best food ever.
