Sun Polyps

Someone gave me these and said they were dead. I have been constantly feeding them and blasting them with fuel. Starting yesterday they started to open up so I think I am getting somewhere with these.
Probably half of these are completly dead as they show no sign of life. Can I cut out the dead ones or leave them be? 12 of them show some kind of life and the rest look dead.

Anyone have any experience with these?

yeah you can cut all the ones that arnt orange away.. or leave it they will grow over the old ones in time

I had a sun coral that was more than half dead. It has grown and is very happy I feed every day. This seems to work for my small colony. My large colony is very happy some open every night and some every other.

keep on feeding them. they will grow. you can weed out teh dead ones, but I would wait until the rest are good and healthy before cutting up the dead. they are a low light coral. give em some shade and they do well.
