Sunburst: How long to be unfed?

I'm going away for the long weekend. Will be gone Friday, Saturday, Sunday and will be coming back on Monday.

I'm trying to control a hair algae problem and want to limit my feedings. Would 3 whole days be too long to not feed an anthias such as the sunburst?

If the sunburst is established and healthy then I think it would be fine.
Disclaimer - I haven't personally left my 4 sunbursts without food for 3 days.

I have two Sunbursts and two Ventralis and I went on vacation for eight days and my little brother fed tank twice. I had no problems.

I have wondered about that as well with Anthias since most peopltalk about their feeding frequency requirement. Good to know with long weekend coming up.

imo Sunbursts do not require multiple feedings per day. Their behaviour and metabolism is very different to other species of anthias
