Sunset vs Bicolour Anthias

Ok im kinda stuck on which anthias to get. Tell me your experiences with these fish and which you like better. I would also love to see any pics of yours.
Thanks

I had sunset anthias , they are deep water, small anthias and very shy at the beginning. I kept 5 in dim light tank in cooler temperature. Over time they acclimated and become bolder, yet stayed still close to rocks. I feed 3 times a day. If you have big, aggressive fish in your tank you will not see them a lot.

My tank is made up of peaceful fish. What temp do you keep them at? The temperature thing is the only thing holding me back from grabbing a trio of ventralis anthias that are feeding at my lfs.

I kept them at 74F, now I set up my tank again after move, and will house deepwater anthias including Ventralis, but it is running 68-70F. If the Ventralis at your LFS look good and eating i would grab them, given you can lower your temp to 74-75, i run my SPS reef few years ago at this temp. and corals and fish were doing fine.

Yes, 74-76 is fine for deepwater anthias, most other fish and corals as well.
My tank runs low at 75, and high of 81 in the summer. But mostly 76

Well i can slowly bring the displays temps down and see how my tank does. Its Looking good for the deep water species, anthias are one of my fav fish and im not scared to change my tank for them. Does any one have experience with bicolors?
