Supplement for live rock

My newly setup 40g breeder is cycling however the issue I have is that I don't believe I will have enough biological filtration with the amount of rock I used (25 lbs)

I wanted a minimalist look without a lot of clutter or rock walls or whatever so I went with a smaller amount of rock

I'd like to supplement the rock with some sort of media added to the sump. I was thinking about adding a Marinepure block into my refugium section of my sump or possibly Siporax or something similar.

Any suggestions on what I should use?

That was a thought but stuffing 15lbs of live rock into my sump would fill it up a lot and seems like it would catch a lot of detritus down there

I say go with the marine pure. Won't take up your sump with liverock. More room for other things
