Suspected Flukes and Prazi Use... Help Please?

I have a purple firefish that was flashing for months with absolutely no other symptoms. Eating agressively, color great and acting normal except for the flashing on the substrate. Before introducing him I had him in QT for 5 weeks with no flashing observed. When I introduced him to the DT there were already a pair of OC clowns in residence. They have never shown any symptoms of anything never flashed at all. After introducing the firefish to the DT I purchased a Royal Gramma and had him in QT for over a month with no symptoms observed. All this time the firefish was still flashing with no other symptoms at all. I sutpidly thought nothing of the flashing (mistake I know) and put the RG in the DT after his 5 week stint in QT. After a week or so I noticed them both flashing! ugggh... but never any symptoms from the clowns. I dosed with Prazi in the DT with a little higher dose then recommended and didnt help the flashing. I read that it may take a few rounds so I did it a secont time after 4 days and a water change. When dosing I immediately saw the firefish react by vibrating his whole body. The flashing on both the Firefish and the RG stopped for more than 24 hours then started up again. So I dosed a third time with double the dose and same results...no flashing at all for over 24 hours then started up again. All the while nothing at all from the clowns. Should I dose a 4th time after waiting 5 days? There are no visible signs of ich so I assume its some kind of flukes since the Prazi seems to be effective for at least a short period of time.
I know that you have to dose Prazi in more than once to distrupt the egg cycle but for how long?? Really getting frustrated becasue I have a Midas Blenny and a Chromis in QT that are ready to go in to DT but I dont dare make that mistake again. Really would like some advise here.
Thanks in advance!

Have you tried a FW dip to confirm flukes? Doubling the dosage for Prazi is not needed. If flukes are present the recommended dosage should take care them. You may notice little flakes floating around the tank (almost like a snow globe).
While the fish were in the QT did you treat proactively for ich (TT, etc)? Ich can be present in the gills.

Did not treat for anything in QT back then. Just observation. If its not flukes or similar why would the Prazi have a positive effect? at least short term anyways...
