SWC skimmer sevice?

Anyone know who I could get to service the Askoll pump from my SWC300 cone skimmer?

Hi, I live in Winnipeg where SWC is centered. I know Jason. What part do you need. I can track him down and see if I can get it for you. or at least put him in contact with you. I know his store front is pretty much closed since his trouble with customs, but maybe I can get parts.

That is very kind of you. My problem is that I do not know what is wrong with the pump, and without the knowledge of what a working one is like, or a new one to compare to, I'm a little stuck, and don't know what part, if any, to order. But I'm guessing if I could just get a new impeller assembly, that would be good. If the pump then works properly, I'll know it was the impeller, and if not, I'll know it's the motor, and it's time to shop for a new pump.

Hi, I know this is probably too late but I finally managed to track down Jayson, the owner of SWC. His store front is closed and the building is up for sale. He said he was only going to deal with wholesale. When I asked about parts for the skimmer pump he said he didn't have anything in stock. He seemed really put off and like I was bothering him. I know I won't be buying any of his products. Hopefully you were able to rectify your issue.

You may want to just send a message through the swc website again. I just received parts from him last week for one of my skimmers. His response time and turnaround time was great.
