lol... it is a funny name.
Probably just used to get people to find it on more searches. PPE is searched for a lot.
cowcio, read what the person wrote in the auction description...
"THIS AUCTION IS FOR A FRAG CONTAINING 10 PLOYPS OF SWEET TART PPE "PEOPLE EATER" ZOA'S. THESE ARE THE REAL DEAL PALY ZOA'S A MUST HAVE FOR ANY ZOA COLLECTOR. ANY COLLECTOR KNOWS THESE ARE THE MOST RARE OF ZOANTHIDS TO COME ACROSS"
i'd say thats rather misleading. but in contrasting fashion, naming is so objective. there is no "copyright" on the PPE name last i checked with the patent office. so again, people are free to call them whatever they beleive their zoas to be.
the person could honestly think thats what they are, due to being misinformed for many reasons. or they could be trying to intentionaly mislead others.
who are we to judge really? it could be nothing more than pure ignorance. obviously no one is really being fooled by the title though. ive seen some LFS's name some stuff, sometimes they are trying to make a buck, but others did it out of pure ignorance and really didnt have a clue on what makes a named zoa the defacto original.
no way to tell for sure i guess....
i think its more interesting and funny that the item condition says "used"
