Swiching salts ?

Hey guys I was useing seachem reef salt for a long time.
Recently I picked up a bucket of aquavitro salinity.

I did a 5 gal change 1 week then 2 weeks later I mixed up 20gal needed to change out main display.

I noticed everything looks a little unhappy mostly LPS gold torch closed up and Duncan. I'm a little worried of loseing coral.
Should I just make more water and keep changing 5gal every week.

Usually when you change salts, you want to mix it in slow. Start off with 75% old 25% new, and increase until all new over a month or more. Some salts dont mix well though.

+1 for post above. I'd also look at the alk and cal diffrence between the two salts. I'm using Red Sea coral pro and at 1.025 it's alk was at a mid 12.5 for alk. Previous salt was at 8.5. So huge diffrence.
