Swim bladder disease?

My wrasse has his head down, tail up spinning in circles. Is this bladder disease?

Sorry to say that it does look like swim bladder problem. It's belly looks bloated too. I have lost a few wrasses to the same problem.

I didn't have any success on any remedies I found online. Maybe someone else can chip in.
