switching existing tank to new tank

I now have a 20 gallon reef w/ 25 lbs of live rock. I have recently purchased a 65 gallon. what is the best way to switch the 20 stuff over to the 65? I want around 65lbs new live rock + the old 25lbs. Do I let the new tank set up for 1+ months or can i just switch it? I haven't gotton the new Live rock yet.

I once switchd from a 29 to a 55. was able to move everything over to the new tank fairly easily but then again the tank was not that established in the first place so there wasn't a problem with stirring up the sand bed.

If you can I would definetly set up the 65 with some water before you do the move.
