Symphyllia Wilsoni Care

I have 3 of these. Love the crazy colours you can get.

I feed them almost nightly. Pellets, chopped shrimp or scallops (the cheap small ones). All smaller colonies. They show more pop under blue lighting (tank lighting is closer to white right now).
Shout out to Twwety - great looking corals and great photos!

Just an observation - Symphyllia wilsoni is no longer a valid classification (taxonomy) - they have been reclassified as Australophyllia wilsoni

They are in the family Lobophylliidae

Like many lps, they need consistent parameters and clean water. Fluctuations in alk (or low levels) can lead to myriad problems. Overfeeding shouldn't hurt, but subsequent nutrient spike from overfeeding could; especially if the water is already a bit loaded.
