is there a differance between a t5 shop light ballest and say an ice cap? if I have three 2 bulb ballest's vs 1 ice cap 660 I know ice cap is the best ,but is there much differance in light output?
From what i hear and my opinion icecap goes beyond lighting a bulb, they actually overdrive bulbs for more output and usually makes them last longer while putting out the max light which another ballast could really do
