T5 bulb change

Alright so I need to switch out my bulbs, they are a year old. Everything is going gangbusters in my tank right now so I don't want to screw this up. I've got 10 bulbs.

Will cutting back two hours be enough? I currently run 10 hours blue bulbs, and 4 hours all bulbs. I'd be going to 8 hours blue and 3 hours all.

One good thing to do is maybe replace half the bulbs, wait a week and the replace the other half.
