t5 bulb color combo

Ok so i have 4 48" 4 54w fixtures on the tank now, what bulb combo does everyone run, will 3 blueplus & 1 daylight work or do you need 2 daylight's per fixture? or blueplus & actinic, help me out here.

Never have tried the Actinics with the B+ and the day lights.

Not sure about a 4 bulb setup, but on my 6 I have 3 Actinic, 2 AquaBlueplus, and one midday bulb and I get the look of 14K or just a little whiter....

midday, is that a white?, so no daylight bulbs?

Day lights are yellowish but balance with the B+.

I would do 2 blue plus and 2 daylights per fixture. I have one fixture with 3 blueplus and 1 daylight and it really doesnt look much different than the other ??

I'll be running 2 Blue+, 1 GE 6500K daytime

2- 24W Actinic/Blue Plus
1 - 24W 11000K Aquablue Plus
1 - GE 24W 6500K Daylight

I run two blue plus, two aquablues, and two daylights.

This is what i run, and like it alot. Though it tends to be a little on the white side:
2 Blue Plus
1 Aquablue
1 Daylight

If you want some more actinic, go with VHO/HO, stay away from the T5 actinics for now.
