T5 Bulb Issue

I just purchased 6 T5 bulbs for my Tek 5 36" setup and one of the bulbs, an ATI Blueplus fails to light. I have tried the bulb in all six sockets and it does not even flicker or attempt to light. Physically, it looks perfect. All of the other 5 bulbs light in other sockets. Please give me a call.
