Close but no - they run together as a day cycle. You can run just the blue/ purple for a half hour or hour before and after you run both bulbs together to simulate a sunrise/ sunset, but moonlight LEDs are available on many fixtures (not all) to simulate nighttime lighting.
Edit: that is to say, you can run the blue/ purple for 9 or 10 hours and both bulbs together for 8, which would give you a half hour sunrise/set if you run your blue/ purple for 9 hours. Of course you get an hour at each end if you run it for 10.
