I just got a T5 retrofit, and I hooked up all the wires to the ballast as described on the ballast, plugged it in, and it didn't light. I double-checked all the connections, and they were all correct. What could be wrong? I took off about 1/4 inch of insulation off of the wires prior to inserting them into the top of the endcaps and ballast. I'm pretty sure that was enough. The wires are also tightly fitting, and won't release if I pull.
Did anyone else have a similar problem? What should I do? I've contacted innovativelights, and am awaiting a response.
