T5 supplement to radiongen3s

I am adding two t5 bulbs over my 220 gal mixed reef. I have SPS to focus on up top and many acans down below. I ordered a 60" retrofit kit.

My question is what two ATI bulbs I should get. Most of my research points to blue plus and coral plus. What do you think?

I found my favorite combo was 1 ati coral plus and 1 ati actinic. Coupled with 2 gen 3 pro's.

Considering the size of the tank I don't think 2 bulbs will really increase growth a ton. But I did see growth and color improvements after adding mine. Also it was a lot easier to take natural looking pics. [emoji4]

I use the Coral+/Actinic combo too. Had to adjust the spectrum of my LEDs since the t5 bulbs add a lot of purple. I can't compare with any other combo but I might try a blue+ to see how that changes things. I agree that 2 bulbs won't significantly change your growth but it definitely helps with shadowing.

I am going to try to stick to only two t5s due to budgetary reasons. It is too bad that with the amount of money radions cost they are not enough in some cases. Perhaps I can go to 4 t5s in the future but I hope it doesn't come to that as one of the purposes of having leds was to keep costs down in the long run.

I also use the Coral plus / Actinic combo. I originally started out with (2) coral plus and I can say that I like the addition of the Actinic bulb better. Can't go wrong with Blue plus either.
