try nanotuners.com under fixtures i saw t5ho light fixtures 24" (not sure of your dim's of the aquapod)

they dont make t5 HO's shorter than 24 inches (w/endcaps) i dont think, so unless your tank is that long, they wouldnt fit properly. It would still light the tank if you had it hanging over, but you know what i mean.

Try this, you may or may not like it but their t-5's and 20" long. This might be the closes thing to what you want. Hope this helps
