I bought a new one on ebay that fires up 2 for 16.99 including shipping. It's an advance ballast. Check there. I looked the other night for my friend Glen but the only ones listed were the same ones but in the mid 20 dollar range. thereefstop carrys the end caps and ice cap standoff's I think. If not innovativelights carry them.
