Are the ballasts for the 250W DE bulbs supposed to M80 and not the listed M81 and vice versa for the 150W DE bulbs??

Yes, you are right. Its is switched in that table. My mistake. I will try to get it fixed.

150W DE - M81

250W DE - M80
