Live Rock with some mushrooms and palythoa covered with coraline on it $3.50lb.. No algae on rock and no pests ...This is not base rock
Most of the rock is between 5 and 8 lbs with some smaller pieces.
1 piece is a large shelf rock. maybe 6x10 or so.

4 skimmers 3 CORALIFE 220 $30, 120 $20, 65 10$ All have working pumps but need hoses . The 65 gal has no cup.


1 EUROREEF CS-5 ??..$75.00 Older model well built and works great . The pump is new and almost cost what I'm asking ...comes with Extra impeller
Small piece on Corner of foot of pump is broken off ...came shipped to me like that. Doesn't affect it at all and I have the piece should you want to super glue it back. I didn't cause it worked fine without it

I have 2 more that I may sell later..
Can never have too many skimmers

What condition is the tank and stand in ?

Coralline algae on glass and overflow but nothing that can't be cleaned. Scratches , there may be one or two small ones but they would be hard to find.
I would say Tank and stand are in good shape. But my idea of good condition and someone else's might differ so you would have to judge for yourself..

I think it was over $600 (Tank and stand)when I bought it.
So , $100 I think is a fair price ..

Hey Joe, "DIRECTIONAL"
On 7/26... You said you were coming on Saturday or Sunday to pick up the live rock from me but I haven't heard from you .and now it's Friday .Sent you a few PM 's about letting me know what time you're coming so I can be around this weekend. I have people interested in the tank and sump but have to wait till you take the 25lbs of live rock that you said you wanted to buy...
For some reason maybe you didn't get my PM , maybe it's not working so I thought you might see this and respond.
