Taking Mushrooms off walls

I have a bunch of Red Mushrooms growing on the back wall of my Nano tank. This is not an issue, however in a few months I will be shutting this tank down and moving all inhabitants to a much larger new home.

Just pull them off with hands? or try to gently us a scrapper? What is the safest way to get them off walls and then to attach to a piece of live rock?

just use a razor blade and just scrap em off...pretty easy....
