Tang disease ID greatly appreciate the help

My tang I bought from a fishstore had a few scratches that I thought was from the very small tank Now there spreading. Im thinking its ich but would like to make sure Don't want to put it through more stress than needed. Pictures aren't great . Hes heating everything and anything I put in front of him Major signs is hes flashing and likes staying infront of powerhead which leads me to believe its ich but never seen the patches before so wanted to double check thanks. You can see the marking on top of fish and lower area

Pictures did not come through. Ich does not look like scratches. Check the stickies at the top of the forum. A fish that hangs out in front of water flow is usually trying to get something off of them or needs more oxygen to its gills. Is the fish in a QT?

Is the fish in a QT?

If he's not, I'd get him in QT and begin treating with copper. Do a f/w dip before placing him in QT to rule out gill flukes.
