Tang disease???

Does anyone know what this is and how to treat? I have been giving him garlic for over a week to no avail. Thanks...

Looks possibly like HLLE (Lateral line disease). Do a search on HLLE and see if you can get some insight. If you have trouble accessing our search function, just google it.
