tang with ich

hippo tang has ich what should i do? he is in a 75g fowlr can i treat the whole tank? what should i use?

i just lost one of those to ich but i think it was brooklynella because he was on seachems metronidizole fixed with his foods did little for him then went to qt tank and died 3 days in they are the first fish to show signs of ich.. if it just started give it a fresh water dip for 5-10min max or hospital tank him for 4 weeks
