im not an expert, and i hope someone else more knowledgeable chimes in but to me it looks like blackspot. maybe its treated the same way as whitespot im not sure.
looking at your fish with its bad eyes and bite marks in its fins suggests to me

1. you have a water quality problem, hence the cloudy eyes
2. is the fish being bullied ? he looks really small, is he kept with any other tangs ? this could be stressing him, hence the spots.

you could search for other threads regarding the treatment of blackspot, there have been several within the last few months if i remember rightly.
personally i would do a large waterchange to try and get the eyes better .
hope this helps.

There are other tangs in the tank... however, it isn't bullied. It's bullying others. It found a spot all by itself.

I actually got 3 tangs from the wholesaler. I know QT..QT.. but I didn't have any fish in the tank. After 2 days...i see these spots. I think the eye was like that when i got it... i didn't notice. The others are super active.. this is the only one that is shy. I am just worried about the spots. I am trying to feed as much as possible to build up their health...

I did search and didn't get much information..

This is the best I can do with picture.. no nice camera.

I just did a 10% water change. Will wait another day and again.

What size tank do you have? Water parameters? How long have you had that fish?

It does look like ich, but you have some other issues going on there too..for one the tang is extremely skinny! unless ofcourse that is a really bad angle..;)

It looks like black ich and a bacterial infection. He's also extremely emaciated. You will need to act quickly to save him. Treat in a QT, keep water quality excellent, and make sure he has small meals of high quality foods several times per day along with Nori available all the time.

The fish didn't make it. I was too busy over the weekend to give it proper care. Others are fine. They went crazy when i fed them Nori. It was like watching pirahnas attacking a fish.
