I wanted to post some pics of the current tank and seahorses before I get them moved to their new tank. Their current tank is a standard 75g RR. The new tank is a custom built tank.
The new one is 36" long 15" wide and 36" tall. The glass on the new tank is 1/2 inch thick.

This is the new tank and plans. The wall unit is 84" high, 24" wide, and 60" long. We MAY change it to 72" long just for extra storage. There will be a 55g sump in the oversized stand / wall unit.

I'm making DIY branch rock since I can't find any 30" tall pieces of Branch rock.

Thank you. I figure that since they are found in kelp and macro forests in the wild.....that's where they should be happiest in my tank.

Easy tank maint. too. So many macros give me 0 nitrates. I do have to trim them back about once a month or more or they all crash. (learned the hard way) I do a 20g water change every other week and that's it.

I get fry every week or two with 5 males and 3 females.

I'm a macro lover too. I use it in my seahorse tanks, and actually in my reefs. In the refugiums too. I have a bit of it. :D

Funny the responses you get when you try to find out how to add nitrate to keep the macro going. Iron works well IME also. There is a macro forum here which is great.

Your tank looks great, sure the new one will be awesome too.

Could you give me some details on how you have your current 75g setup? Lighting, filtration, current, etc....

It's a standard Reef ready 75g. I use a mag 9.5 for the return from the sump. I have a 30g Long sump divided into 3 sections. 1st section is the Asm G2 or G3 (can't remember) skimmer and the water inlet from the main tank. 2nd is the refugium w/ chaeto and LR rubble. 3rd is the mag 9.5 return pump and the mag 7 chiller pump. I have a Prime 1/3 hp chiller set at 72 F. The lighting on the tank is 4-54w T5's. 2 actinic and 2 10K lamps.
I also have a single airline in the tank (no stone). I always have an airline (no stone) in my seahorse tanks.

I dose iron 1x a week for the macros. I usually do a 20-30g water change 2x a month. Maybe 3x a month if I think it needs it.

I have had the nitrates go as high as 40ppm in this tank, even with all of the macros. (very rare) I feed a lot and sometimes I get lazy and don't rinse the mysis. Lazy = high 'trates. I try not to do it, but sometimes ya gotta do a quick feed before you run out the door. Thaw and dump, lol.
