R rynoe New member May 29, 2014 #2 Old glass can be challenging to cut. Take the tank apart and head to a glass shop. They shouldn't chrge much for cuts.

M MorganAtlanta New member May 29, 2014 #3 Deep Blue makes a rimless 80, basically a cut down 120. You could probably sell the 120 and buy the 80 for the same price. I cut down a 75 to 16" for a sump and it was a pain and pretty much a disaster. Certainly not worth the hassle.
