Tank Cleaning

Ok this is my 120. As you can see it needs a cleaning. But How? Just use water? Also do i even need to clean it out can i just add my Saltwater and have the filtration clean it? If i have to do it what is the best way and what should be used to do it? PIC below:

Hot water. Perhaps a splash of bleach. A little elbow grease on the overflows. Rinse well.

vinegar water has worked for me before with very good results. I also use it to clean the outside of my glass now...

+1 vinegar.

I like vinegar as well. Either or.. I'll put it in a spray bottle and go to work.

Vinegar, and let it soak if needed. It will help breakdown the calcium buildup.

Then just elbow grease for the remaining spots.

Also Mr. Clean magic erasers are great, but make sure you rinse thoroughly after and you get the plain ones
